The Fairview Cemetery Association is a nonprofit corporation operated by volunteers whose purpose is to perpetually provide for maintenance and care of the cemetery. Funds for maintenance are provided by investment returns, fund raising projects, and donations by the public.

To make a tax deductible donation for care of the cemetery, make your check payable to Fairview Cemetery Association, Inc. and mail to PO Box 553, Buchanan, VA 24066.

Grave sites are owned and sold by the Buchanan Fairview Trustees, a separate organization. Inquiries about the purchase of grave sites should be addressed to Lawrence Vines, telephone (540) 254-1543 or C D Barger, telephone (540) 254-1724.
